Leverage Points: Navigating the Future of Workplace Relations

The Challenge
A diverse group of industry leaders sought a more intentional approach to thinking about the future of workplace relations. They were seeking a structured experience that would help them connect present decisions to longer-term outcomes and explore how their organizations could contribute to more equitable futures.

The Solution
The Leverage Points workshop design guided leaders through a progressive learning experience. The session began by teaching the value of strategic foresight, learning how to use a foresight tool, an implications analysis and interactive dialogues with reflective exercises that connected these ideas to participants’ sectors and organizational realities.

The Impact
By the end of the workshop, participants began to clarify the connections between social connections and the implications of different strategic choices, equipping them with insights to sustain ongoing conversations about equity, risk, and opportunity within their organizations.

Pain Point
Many leaders have relied on informal, event-driven responses to workforce issues, which can erode their sense of responsibility and proactive engagement. The workshop design helps participants feel more in control by equipping them with tools to develop sustained, strategic responses that build stakeholder trust, improve the employee experience, and protect organizational reputation over time.

Value Delivered
The Leverage Points workshop provided a disciplined space for leaders to think more deeply and systematically about workforce relations. They examined actions, decisions, and consequences with greater clarity and a shared lens to identify leverage points.
